Phoenix

A phoenix is a very, very rare bird ((special permission is required to have a phoenix character)) with colourful red, orange, gold, blue, and purple feathers. As a phoenix grows older, its colours become brighter. They are very large and very intelligent. When they are soon to die, they will burst into flames, and then reincarnate from the ashes. In this way they are immortal, but they can be killed quite easily. For some reason the Stone's evil power destroyed more phoenix than any other species, and so there are very few of them left in the world. They are inherently good, but they usually keep themselves above and away from the struggles of the rest of the world.
