(For the purpose of this section, I shall refer to him as Thomas, as both Thomas and Aiden look exactly the same. X3)
Thomas is a rather ‘nondescript’ type. There isn’t a whole lot about him that really stands out at first glance. At 5’10”, he doesn’t tower over too many people and looks to be the type that intimidates easily. Most of the time he has an almost meek expression - as if he’s accepted the fact that he could be mugged without too much trouble. His hands appear to be a big larger than usual, and he has fairly long fingers. His nose was broken once and now sits very slightly off center. There isn’t a whole lot of muscle definition, though he does have a fair amount of strength. There are few times that he can appear as strong as he is, though, and most of them are when he’s in uniform. He is in very good shape - given the job, he has to be - and there are moments when he’s able to take down people a good deal larger than him.

The man’s hair is a fairly dark brown and he keeps it cut short. Despite that, due to the way it grows, he usually has a fairly shaggy look. The ends tend to curl, especially in humid weather - which there’s plenty of in D.C. When he’s not on duty, Thomas won’t bother doing much with the hair. He might attempt to flatten it some before leaving the house, but he only combs it when he really has to look presentable. Even then, it doesn’t last too long and is often sticking up again by the end of his shift. He’s never too concerned about his appearance and only bothers dressing up if it will allow him to keep being paid.

Thomas’ eyes are far more piercing than one would expect. They’re dark green, larger than most, and occasionally tend to follow people more than what is thought to be ‘normal’. He’ll make the excuse that being a guard for types of events he works at will make anyone paranoid, but some will notice the slight glimmer of contempt there before he looks away again. His grin tends to vary depending on the situation. Most of the time it’s fairly infectious, with one corner lifting up a bit higher than the other. Other times, however, it’s almost a sneer. In those cases there is no humor whatsoever in the look and it tends to vanish very quickly, often before anyone really notices.

His style doesn’t vary too much; most of the time it’s simple jeans and a comfortable shirt, usually with the same navy blue hoodie. Though hats are generally shunned, he’ll wear the hood up often. The only time he really looks professional is when he’s working. Though he won’t regularly admit it, he is constantly eager to wear the uniform. Even if there are rarely incidents, the fact that he has legal authority to deal with them is one Thomas thrives on. He always looks to be more confident when on the job. Otherwise, in his normal ‘civ’ clothes, he tends to hunch into himself a bit - until Aiden takes over, that is.
