Hallo ever'body; I need a name for a character and am failing epically to come up with one. And then it hit me - ask people online! So I am. x3 I need a name for the bad guy in the book I'm currently writing. I will give you a brief intro to him so that you can have an idea what sort of names I'm looking for, as well as providing a list of some of the other names in the book so you can see what sort of categories I'm fitting them into. Aside from that, you need to know that I am looking for a name that I can use and not have to worry about using; I can promise you not to use it in anything except this book and will give credit for it if I use your suggestion. My only stipulation is that it cannot be something taken from somewhere else and that it is not used anywhere else - like, that you don't use it as a name for a charrie anywhere or anything.
Brief intro:
He is, perhaps, purely evil; purely dark, certainly. He may be a man, corrupted, or some elf turned from the light. Perhaps he is some being that nobody knows. Whatever he is, he has a gift, a magic, a power; he has Nothingness. The bleak darkness, the hollow hunger - it eats his soul away, consumes him from the inside. He cannot die; cannot be ill; he is strangely immortal - but the Nothingness, this gift, this magic - it eats him and gnaws at him. Someday Nothing will take him and Nothing will be left of him. He consumes, in his turn; consumes souls and blood. He thrives on turmoil, bloodshed, pain, suffering, darkness, hunger, loneliness; he is the phantom of evil that haunts the world. Someday he may consume the soul of the entire earth, and then the whole world will be the prey of Nothing.
